Stress has adverse effects on your cardiovascular system. The high levels of cortisol that are released when you are stressed are not good for your body in the long run. When you are stressed over long periods of time, it may lead to anxiety disorders or depression. My advice is to plan/structure your day so you allocate a specific amount of time for every task. For example, if it's uni work that's stressing you out, make a plan of what assignments you will work on each day. Breaking it down into little chunks will make it seem more manageable. Also allow time for breaks in you plan. When taking a break, do something distracting that doesn't require a lot of concentration, e.g. take a walk or listen to some music. Finally, try to chill out and look at things from a wider perspective, and believe in yourself and your ability to tackle the difficult tasks in your life. HTH

Hit the gym and have a regular fitness schedule like three times a week, that should reduce your stress at list 50%.
