I only recently started to watch this show "Flavor of Love" on MTV. I know it's been on for a while, but I just caught on to it. I have mixed feelings about this show. I do enjoy it - it's funny as hell - but I think it can also serve to perpetuate stereotypes of black women as uneducated and always ready for a fight. Those girls are all so foul-mouthed, and are always on the brink of beating each other up! And it's notable that it's usually the black girls who start the fight - I have not seen the white girl or the Latino one start any fights! I think it could send a negative message about black women. The whole show is ridiculous...

Perhaps, but it could lead people to believe that ALL black chicks are like that, or that this is a normal way to behave. I think more positive role models are needed, but all this show really is about is about women acting like h*es to get a pathetic little old man who wears a clock around his neck...and they are making fools of themselves, beating each other up, shaking their *sses and fooling around like that. I find it embarrassing.
