pounded yam and egusi soap with stock fish and bush meat. I can tell you that it is very deliciously tasty. To prepare just boil some yam tubers.then pound to a smooth pulp.i'll tell you about the soup some other time.

hi olokun, if u want bunhmeat. visit any nigeria food shop and ask off, any bunsh meat. thay are always smoked or dryed.

how to make egusi soup,boil the meat, with spices like cory,maggi and salt, for 10min add ur granded egusi, stell very well, alow to boil for 2min. then add red oil,alow to boil

My favorite Edo food is plantain and owo. I will have to look for the recipe.

plantain and owo recipe boil the plantain with a little salt until it is soft,and it is ready to eat. blend your tomatoes .a little pepper,onions and crayfish (if any) together boil your meat with your spices(salt,curry,maggi,onions,)then add the blended sauce,add a little potash(ikahun)and let it cook until it is thick,you can remove it from the heat and let cool,after cooling add your palm oil,and serve with the plantain.Enjoy.
